This species of mango is uniquely thin and has a very captivating bright yellow color. When it is fully ripe, its skin turns deep orange and starts to smell really nice. The flesh is virtually devoid of fiber and can be soft but a bit chewy. It is especially sweet, so sweet that the aftertaste lingers on the tip of your tongue as it melts in your mouth.
